Galip Fethi Okay
Bio
Galip Fethi Okay served as a Corporal in the Turkish Army. He was sent to Korea for just one year, instead of the usual three, as part of Turkey’s military commitment. During his service, Okay became a highly decorated veteran, serving on three different fronts in Korea—Vegas, Elco, and Berlin—and initially specializing in artillery before transitioning to wireman. After completing his military service, he pursued a career in acting, starring in several Turkish films, including one about the Korean War.

Acting and Pictures of the Past
